This was a small a project for a client of mine, I do not discriminate again low budget project, I pride my self as the guy who find a way to make your project with the budget constraints you have, and this project was a good example of that, the client wanted to build a chatbot specialized in islamic topics, and they had a very limited budget, I did some research on the tools and shortcuts to cut the cost in both time and money.
